3. No return back once the Items been sold. All of our items are brand new and in good condition.
4. Items availability runs on the first payment, first serve.
5. Our account number will be given after you confirmed your order. Item will be posted 1 day after you made payment.
6. We will tagg you a tracking numbers on Facebook after we made a delivery.
7. We are only do a In Hand Delivery for certain places; Melaka, Batu Pahat and Kuala Lumpur, but only if we have a free time. ( Both for Shawls and Women's Apperal #WHSBlouse)
8. Taking any pictures or any content from this blog is prohibited. Ask for permission if you wish to do so.

11. POSTAGE will be bear by a buyers. (RM 6 for Semenanjung - RM 9 for Sabah,Sarawak,Labuan)
12. We will not be responsible for any lost or damages on Parcel, delivered by Poslaju.
13. Color of the Original Shawls might be vary from the Displays due to Resolutions of colors/ light settings of camera. However, we will try our best to make it accurate as possible.
